Dianah Amoanimaa Yeboah is a legal practitioner with a growing practice in corporate and commercial law, with particular experience in transactional advisory, commercial contracts, real estate, corporate structuring and regulatory matters. She advises clients on a range of commercial transactions, with a focus on translating complex legal and business considerations into practical, commercially sound solutions.
Dianah is particularly interested in the intersection of law, business and finance. Her professional interests extend to corporate advisory, investment transactions and regulatory matters, emerging businesses and the legal issues arising from innovation. She brings an analytical and commercially minded approach to her practice, with an emphasis on precision, responsiveness and understanding the broader objectives underlying each transaction.
She holds an LL.B. from the University of Ghana and a Qualifying Certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is also pursuing professional studies in accountancy at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, reflecting her broader interest in the relationship between legal, financial and business strategy.
Outside her professional practice, Dianah enjoys music, has a keen interest in sound engineering and has a creative interest in jewellery design.
